I'm a huge fan of Jenna Woginrich, the author of Made From Scratch and Chick Days. (If you haven't read these yet, I'm telling you to!) Jenna writes with humor while sharing her experiences about starting out with chickens, gardening and learning the violin. So, go! Read!
I went to the library yesterday, not really with anything specific in mind, just kinda an aimless wandering. I left with Living on an Acre by U.S. Department of Agriculture, The Urban Homestead by Kelly Coyne & Erik Knutzen, Keeping Poultry a Teach Yourself book, The Complete Book of Dutch Oven Cooking by J. Wayne Fears (I'm planning on setting up my dutch oven in the side yard, where the dogs can't get to it, and practicing), Natural Living by Liz Wright (this is the 2nd time, I really need to buy it already) and Homesteading by Abigail R. Gehring (she also did Back to Basics, which I have the 1st edition).
What are you reading? Or what's on your reading list?
